We’ll begin with an age-appropriate, engaging yoga adventure filled with playful poses, games, music, and lots of movement—perfect for little ones who love to wiggle and explore rather than sit still. Through imagination and connection, kids will build confidence while having fun. After yoga, families are invited to stay and enjoy Open Play. Caregivers are invited to provide support as needed; however, this is a kids-focused class.
*Mats will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own.
